OLYMPIA, Wash. - The host Evergreen State volleyball team posted a 25-21, 25-19, 25-16 win over College of Idaho on Friday night.
Janae Rayborn paced the Yotes with nine kills in the loss, who falls to 5-13 overall, 4-7 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. Analise Hitchock and
Sydnee Steel had 13 and 10 assists, respectively.Â
The Evergreen State (9-6 overall, 8-3 CCC) were able to post a .295 hitting percentage that saw Zoe Shaw record a match-high 14 kills en route to a .400 hitting percentage. Setter Sierra Wolff added 28 assists and the frontline led by Hannah Berger posted six blocks.
College of Idaho will look to return to its winning ways on Saturday with a 7 p.m. matchup against the University of the Northwest in Kirkland.
