SALEM, Ore. - The College of Idaho women's soccer team earned a draw for the first time this season in a scoreless 0-0 game against Corban in Salem on Saturday.
Saturday's contest was all about the goalkeepers. Corban's Makida Herbert recorded six saves on the day, and the Yotes'
Hannah McFadden recorded five. The first chance of the game for the Yotes came in the 10th minute as
Lily Schlake was able to put a shot on goal. Corban's first scoring chance came from Fatima Jimenez as the shot was turned away by McFadden.
McFadden's performance in goal was another successful performance recently, as the Yotes have held opponents scoreless in the last four games.
Up next, the team heads to La Grande to take on Eastern Oregon on October 1.
