CORVALLIS, Oregon – College of Idaho senior forward
Sienna Riggle (Stansbury Park, Utah) of the women's basketball team was named the Rize Laboratory Cascade Collegiate Conference Player of the Week for her efforts during competition from Nov. 21-27, 2022.
Riggle helped lead College of Idaho to a 1-1 mark at the Caldwell Best Western Inn and Suites Classic, over the weekend. Riggle averaged 22.5 points and 8.0 rebounds in the two games. She started the weekend with nearly a career-high in scoring 25 points against NCAA Division III member Willamette. Riggle followed that up with a 20 point, nine rebound effort in a loss to nationally-ranked Montana Western on Saturday.
The Yotes, who are 5-1, begin Cascade Collegiate Conference play on Friday at 5:30 p.m. when they host Southern Oregon University.
