CALDWELL, Idaho - The College of Idaho lost by a 25-12, 19-25, 25-21, 25-16 margin to visiting Corban on Friday night at the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.
The Yotes (5-14, 4-8 CCC) were paced by 11 and 10 kill efforts from
Isabelle Combs and
Callie Muniz, respectively. Muniz had a .471 hitting percentage and Combs posted a .333 hitting percentage to go along with three service aces in the loss.
For Muniz, it is her second contest with double-digit kills on the season, meanwhile for Combs, she tied a season-high with the three service aces.
Chayla Slavin had five kills and six blocks to go along with a nine-kill effort from
Janae Rayborn. Setter
Analise Hitchcock nearly had a double double with 33 assists and eight digs.
The visitors were able to post a .209 hitting percentage as Rylee Troutman and Makayla Roginski had 18 and 11 kills, respectively. The Warriors recorded eight service aces with four from Jadyn Mullen, who also had 28 assists. Corban raises its record to 18-2 overall and 11-1 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference.
Next, College of Idaho will wrap up the homecoming weekend with a 7 p.m. matchup on Saturday against Bushnell at the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.
