Hunt Picks Up Cascade Conference Weekly Honor

CORVALLIS, Ore. - College of Idaho's Logan Hunt was named Embrace Health/Santiam Hospital Cascade Conference Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, announced by the league office.

The true freshman, from Athol, made his collegiate debut at the C of I Ice Chipper, placing second overall out of a field of 27 runners. Hunt recorded a time of 19:45 over the 6-kilometer course, one of only two racers to break the 20 minute barrier.

The Yotes will return to action in two weeks at the Lewis-Clark State Winter Invite in Lewiston.
