LEWISTON, Idaho – Lewis-Clark State drained 11 shots from the perimeter to lead the Warriors over The College of Idaho 75-39 on Saturday inside the LCSC Activity Center.
The Warriors (5-2) had a strong shooting effort throughout, connecting on 25-of-54 (46 percent) of their shots from the floor and sinking 11-of-24 (46 percent) of their 3-pointers.
Leading 38-20 at the half, LCSC posted a strong third quarter, outscoring the Yotes (1-6) 22-6 to build the lead to 34 heading into the final 10 minutes.

Allie Cannon was the high-scorer with seven points, three rebounds and two steals.
Kiersten Rasmussen,
Kenadee French and
Sienna Riggle each added six points, with Rasmussen also grabbing six rebounds and French connecting on a pair of 3-pointers.
Tayla Sayer had six rebounds and a steal off the bench for the Yotes.
A tough defensive effort from the Warriors made things tough for C of I on the offensive end, holding the Yotes to 23 percent shooting from both the field and the perimeter.
LCSC won the rebounding battle 45-35, with four players hauling down five or more boards.
Three players scored in double-digits for the Warriors, led by Lake City High product Sara Muehlhausen contributing a career-high 14 points. Muehlhausen also added six rebounds, a block and a steal.
