DALLAS, Texas – Four College of Idaho student-athletes were honored today as members of the 2020 NAIA Cross Country/Track and Field All-District 4 Team, announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America.

Molly Vitale-Sullivan among 10 women picked to the squad.
The All-District 4 team comprises all NAIA schools in the Cascade, Frontier, North Star, California Pacific, Golden State Athletic, Sooner Athletic and Red River Athletic Conferences. Student-athletes were nominated by their school's CoSIDA representative, with each nominee required to be at least a sophomore in eligibility, maintain a 3.30 cumulative grade point average and be a starter or important reserve on their team. Those selected will be on the final ballot for selection for the prestigious Academic All-America ® Team, to be released in June.
Kostelecky earns the award for the second-straight year and was coming off an indoor season where he qualified for the NAIA Championships in the high jump. The senior, from Twin Falls, was a 3-time All-Cascade Conference selection, a 3-time CCC All-Academic Team selection and is the school record holder in the indoor long jump and high jump.
Martin earns the award for the second-straight year – having earned first-team Academic All-America honors in 2019. Hailing from Bend, Ore., the senior is a 5-time NAIA All-American, a 5-time All-CCC selection and a 6-time CCC All-Academic Team pick. The 2019 USTFCCCA Scholar-Athlete of the Year selection was recently named C of I's Senior Men's Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Madrigal, a senior from Rupert, was a 3-time Top-5 finisher at the CCC Track and Field Championships and a 3-time CCC All-Academic Team pick. She was recently honored as C of I's Women's Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
Vitale-Sullivan earns the honor for a second-straight season – having earned second-team Academic All-America honors in 2019. The Pocatello native had a banner career with the Coyotes, earning 10 NAIA All-America honors and eight All-CCC awards. The 2018 NAIA Indoor 5,000-meter national champion is a 6-time CCC All-Academic Team selection and named C of I's Women's Athlete of the Year.
