CORVALLIS, Ore. - The College of Idaho was picked to finish sixth in the Cascade Conference Women's Soccer Preseason Coaches' Poll for the upcoming season, which was released today by the league office.

A total of 25 players return for the Yotes from a team that went 7-6-4 overall a season ago. The 2019 squad extended a string of six consecutive years that C of I has made a trip to the CCC Championships.
After taking home the CCC Tournament Championship last year, Eastern Oregon received 12 of the 13 first-place votes in the poll to run away as the preseason favorite with 168 points. Oregon Tech received the other first-place vote and 138 points. Northwest and Rocky Mountain each finished with 135 points to tie for third, with Southern Oregon (126 points) rounding out the top-five.
The conference recently released the revised schedule for the upcoming season, with CCC play set to begin for the Yotes on Valentine's Day at Multnomah.
