LA GRANDE, Ore. - Cascade Conference commissioner Rob Cashell announced today that this weekend's College of Idaho-University of Providence softball 4-game series has been postponed. The games will be made up at a later date.
Severe weather conditions in Montana - including heavy snow, bitter cold and high winds - have made travel next to impossible, with the forecast not expected to improve in the next 72 hours.
The series was moved last week from Great Falls to Caldwell due to snow - with the location of the rescheduled series to be determined.
The Yotes are 10-1 on the season and will play host to Northwest Christian a week from Friday and Saturday in a 4-game home series.
