OGDEN, Utah – Three College of Idaho players scored in double figures in the Lady Yotes final exhibition game of the season, a 93-67 loss to Division I Weber State inside the Dee Events Center.

Emily Harwood and
Mackenzie Royce each scored 11 points for the Yotes, who were within 15 points of the Big Sky school in the fourth quarter.
C of I got an
Alyssa Case steal and fast break bucket and four-straight points from Royce in a first quarter run to build a 10-7 lead with four minutes left in the period. WSU pulled even on a Jaiamoni Welch-Coleman 3-point play, starting an 11-1 run that gave the Wildcats the lead for good.
WSU led 47-30 at the break, but the Lady Yotes hung around throughout the third quarter – making 53-percent of their field goals in the period – and trailed just 73-58 in the fourth quarter before an 11-1 Wildcat run put the contest away.
Case scored 10 points and had a team-high six rebounds, with
Mackenzie Collins scoring nine and
Madison Holly tallying eight. Royce led the Yotes with six assists.
Emily Drake led WSU with 21 points, with Kayla Watkins scoring 17 and Welch-Coleman recording a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds.
C of I opens the regular-season next weekend with two games in Dillon, Mont. – meeting Montana Tech on Friday and Montana Western on Saturday.
