HERMISTON, Ore. – Jon-Eric Krans scored two goals and assisted on another, as the University of Great Falls blanked the College of Idaho, 5-0, in a rescheduled Cascade Conference men's soccer match-up at Kennison Field.
The two teams were to have met Oct. 3 in Great Falls, but snow postponed the game until today's neutral field matchup.
Krans first goal, off a Renan Zampieri assist in the eighth minute gave the Argos (10-5, 8-3) all they would need, as UGF held a 26-5 edge in shots.
C of I (7-7, 6-7) keeper Lucas MacMillan made 10 saves in his first start of the season.
The Yotes will have a near three week layoff until the CCC Championships, where they will meet Rocky Mountain in the quarterfinals.
