At College of Idaho: Sullivan joined the Yote Athletics Staff in 2020.
 
Prior to C of I: Sullivan coached for over 35 prior to taking his current role at The College of Idaho. He has mentored multiple state champions and two Idaho State Champion teams. As a high school athlete, Sullivan was the Idaho High School State Champ in pole vault before competing at the University of Idaho
 
Personal: Sullivan graduate college from the University of Idaho with a Bachelors of Science in Education. Two of his sons are also high school state champions in pole vault.
