AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Davies began his career as head coach of the Yotes men's and women's golf program in 2019. He has since coached both programs to multiple team and individual victories, with his teams setting several school scoring records along the way. He has coached 3 All-Conference players, 2 CCC Team Sportsmanship awards, as well as numerous Academic All-Cascade Conference, Academic All-District and NAIA Scholar-Athlete award recipients. 

PRIOR TO BECOMING HEAD COACH: Davies played three seasons of golf for the Yotes from 2008-11, with a collegiate career low score of 72. Once shot a 63 during the summer of 2008 at a course he worked at in Utah, which he mentioned as "a far distant memory of days long ago." He can still be found occasionally competing at local events.  

PERSONAL: Away from the College of Idaho, he has helped organize and run junior golf programs for the YMCA and Timberstone Golf course. Since 2023, Davies has served as Captain for Team Idaho at the Junior Americas Cup and Eddie Hogan Cup, elite junior team events which feature some of the best junior golfers representing each western state as well as regions of Mexico and Canada. At 6'9" coach Davies is easy to spot on the course!  He also doubles as a Regional Sales Manager for DeltaTrak. When away from the course you can find him with his wife Krystin, and their two sons Beau and Oli.
