AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: McNerney is in her fourth season with the Coyote softball program.
2023: Named to the CCC All-Academic Team.
2022: Split time as a designated player and on the pitching staff; as a pitcher, she made 32 appearances with 20 starts; went 15-4 with five saves, a 2.77 ERA and 91 strikeouts in 136 2/3 innings of work; posted three shutouts; had six games with at least five strikeouts, including a pair of seven-strikeout efforts; allowed just 22 extra-base hits as opponents hit just .239; had 11 hits with four RBI and seven runs scored; hit a home run in the win over Providence (Mont.) (April 28).
2021: Served a pivotal role on the team that finished third at the NAIA World Series, appearing in 32 games with 24 starts; went 14-9 with a 2.63 ERA and 78 strikeouts in 130 1/3 innings of work; finished the season with three shutouts; named Cascade Conference Pitcher of the Week on March 8 after working 11 innings and allowing just one run over the course of two games against Northwest; struck out a season-high seven batters against Northwest; named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team.
2020: Went 5-2 with a 1.85 ERA in 12 games and 10 starts before the season was cut short early due to COVID-19; worked 60.2 innings in the circle, striking out 38 and walking 26; held opponents to a .225 batting average; named the Cascade Conference Pitcher of the Week on Feb. 3 and March 9; pitched a complete game shutout against Hope International, allowing just three hits in seven innings; twirled a season-high eight innings in the circle in a 4-3 win over Northwest, striking out five and giving up just two earned runs.
2019: Saw action in 39 games as a freshman, including 22 appearances in the circle; posted a 9-5 record with a 2.82 ERA as a pitcher, striking out 44 batters in 101.2 innings; tossed a complete game 1-hit shutout in 1-0 win over Northwest, adding a 6-hit shutout, fanning six vs. British Columbia; hit .279 with two doubles and six RBI, including a walk-off RBI single vs. UBC in the Cascade Conference Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Hood River Valley High, where she was named Columbia River Conference Pitcher of the Year and first-team 5A All-State as a senior; finished her senior season with 12 wins, a 1.58 ERA and 152 strikeouts.
PERSONAL: Graduated with her bachelor's in exercise science...working on a certificate in sports administration.
