AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Pena is in her third season with the Coyote softball program.

2015: Was the No. 1 pitcher for the squad, making 33 appearances on the season - fifth-most in program history, logging 143 innings, the tenth-most innings pitched in a season by a C of I pitcher; posted a 11-13 record with a 3.87 ERA and two saves, with 64 walks and 95 strikeouts; tossed a one-hit shutout vs. Carroll, struck out a career-high 11 batters vs. Great Falls; also hit .220 with a homer and 10 RBI.

2014: In the circle, made 20 appearances, including 19 starts, going 9-7 with a 3.83 ERA; had 58 strikeouts in 117 innings pitched; threw a four-hit shutout at Northwest, striking out seven; offensively, hit .321 with a home run and 12 RBI; hit her first career home run, going 2-for-3 with two RBI vs. Concordia; was 5-for-7 with five RBI in a double header vs. Corban.

2013: Made 27 appearances in the circle as a freshman, going 11-13 with a 2.61 ERA; struck out 96 in 158 innings of work; had 22 complete games and four shutouts; tossed a one-hit shutout in win at Northwest Christian, tossed a two-hit shutout at Eastern Oregon, while fanning nine in a three-hit shutout at Northwest; also hit .250 with three RBI, including a two-run double vs. Great Falls.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Meridian High, where she was a member of the 5A All-State team as a senior and a four-time All-Southern Idaho Conference selection; as a senior, had a 22-6 record with a 1.13 ERA and 343 strikeouts, while hitting .471 with seven home runs and 39 RBI, helping MHS to a fourth-place finish in the 5A state tournament; played club ball for the Boise Blast.
