AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Pesek is in her second season with the Coyote softball program.

2016: Played in 23 games as a junior, serving as the No. 2 starting pitcher; finished 6-9 with a 6-9 with a 4.24 ERA in 102.1 innings, striking out 68 batters; tossed a four-hitter in a win over Lewis & Clark on March 22, while striking out six batters on three occasions; hit .326 with two home runs and 12 RBI, adding five doubles; went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer at Eastern Oregon  on March 19.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Spent two seasons at Northwest Nazarene, where she earned All-Great Northwest Athletic Conference honors as a sophomore; hit .291 with a team-high nine home runs and 28 RBI, while winning a combined 13 games in the circle between her freshman and sophomore seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Redmond High, where she was an All-Intermountain Conference selection; also played volleyball as a prep; played for the Oregon Thunder softball club.

PERSONAL: Studying health sciences; daughter of Alvin and Marie Pesek.
