Christine Mabile

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Mabile is in her fifth season as head coach of the men's and women's swimming programs.  She currently has a combined career 21-26 dual meet record, including a 14-12 mark with the Lady Yotes, recording the most wins by a coach in program history. Mabile also serves as an admission representative for C of I's Office of Admissions.

POSTSEASON: As head coach, Mabile has led both the Yotes and Lady Yotes to four consecutive trips to the NAIA Swimming and Diving National Championships, including Top-15 finishes for both teams each of the past three seasons.  Her 2014 Lady Yotes squad finished ninth overall, with her 2015 women's team finishing eighth - their highest finish in program history.

HONORS: Under Mabile, 11 C of I student-athletes have qualified for the finals or consolation finals at the NAIA Championships, including a fourth-place finish by Mckayla Stevens in the 200-yard freestyle at the 2015 national meet, while coaching seven swimmers who have been honored as Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

BEFORE C OF I: Mabile came to the C of I after four seasons as a volunteer-assistant coach at Boise State, helping the Broncos to the 2010 and 2011 Western Athletic Conference titles. She has also directed the Streamliner Aquatics program, coached at the Treasure Valley YMCA, coached for the Caldwell Swim Club, and was a swim instructor for the Boise State kinesiology department.

PERSONAL: Mabile is a 2010 graduate of Boise State, earning her degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. She began her collegiate career at the C of I, swimming for the Coyotes for two seasons - qualifying for the NAIA National Championships in 2006 and 2007. A native of Post Falls, Mabile was a member of the 2003 and 2004 state championship teams at Post Falls High.
