AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Najima joined the Ski team as an assistant in 2021. She has been on staff to help the Yotes qualify for Regionals and Nationals in 2022, 2023, and 2024.

PRIOR TO C OF I: Najima joined the Yote ski team in 2017 and competed through the end of the 2021 season and then transitioned to be an assistant coach the following fall. She graduated from The College of Idaho with her bachelor's in spring of 2021.

PERSONAL: Prior to attending The College of Idaho, she grew up racing in Lake Tahoe for Mt. Rose and competed at the USSA & FIS levels.
