HIGH SCHOOL:

Athletic: 3x Varsity letter for xc/track, finisher at Nike Cross Nationals, 2x finisher at Oregon 6A State Championship

Academic: National Merit Scholarship Finalist, AP Scholar with Distinction, Valedictorian, AP Capstone Diploma

 

PERSONAL:

Joining the YoteFam from Portland, Oregon, Alex was raised by Sola Whitehead and Andrew Emert. Aside from his efforts on the course, Alex is also working hard in the classroom in pursuit of a degree in Physics/Mathematics. He chose the College of Idaho because of the small class sizes, the comprehensive and reputable education, as well as the success of the distance program.
