COVID-19 FAN PROTOCOLS
The following guidelines apply to all individuals and groups attending Coyote athletic events at The College of Idaho during the 2021-22 season
THESE GUIDELINES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME
All fans are welcome to attend and cheer on the Yotes in person or via our enhanced video stream during the season. All home basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball and lacrosse games, along with swim meets, will be carried live through C of I’s StretchLive Portal and the enhanced StretchLive platform. All home games will also feature live, real-time statistics, with links posted to the sport-specific schedule page at YoteAthletics.com.

J.A. ALBERTSON ACTIVITIES CENTER (BASKETBALL / VOLLEYBALL / SWIMMING)
- Fans will be permitted at all home events
- Tickets to the General Public are currently available on our the Yote Athletics website (UPDATED 10/27/21)
- Masks are REQUIRED (over mouth and nose) in all College of Idaho facilities
- All home events will be streamed online through C of I’s StretchLive Portal, along with live updates through Coyote Athletics social media channels
The College of Idaho will be abiding by the CCC policy for all home events as it pertains to coaches, athletes and support staff. Masks are required (over mouth and nose) in all College of Idaho facilities, this includes the athletic training facilities, locker rooms and meeting rooms. All personnel, including the coaching staff, must adhere to the mask policy. Athletes who are actively participating are exempt from wearing a mask but must be masked when exiting the game.
The College of Idaho is allowing spectators at all home events, but masks will be required to be worn correctly (over mouth AND nose) at ALL indoor events per college policy. This is subject to change at any time.
Reminder: The CCC requires the use of face coverings be worn correctly (over mouth AND nose) for indoor competitions by spectators. This measure is imperative to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Fans are encouraged to maintain social distancing standards while in attendance at all College of Idaho athletic events.
All coaches, athletes and game personnel will be screened by an NAIA Certified Screener prior to competition. If your team is traveling with a certified athletic trainer, they may do the game day screening and submit the paperwork to our athletic training staff.
We ask that you please be respectful and polite to our College coaches and employees charged with enforcing these policies.
MEDIA – any media wishing to cover Coyote Athletics MUST contact the sports information office at least 72 hours in advance and may be subject to screening and must adhere to mask guidelines…media will remain at the concourse level, with interviews to be conducted only post game.
SIMPLOT STADIUM (FOOTBALL / SOCCER / LACROSSE)
- Fans will be permitted at all home events
- Tickets to the General Public are currently available on our the Yote Athletics website (UPDATED 8/31/21)
- Masking is encouraged when physical distancing cannot be achieved
- All home events will be streamed online through C of I’s StretchLive Portal, along with live updates through Coyote Athletics social media channels
OF NOTE – all critical GameDay staff at Simplot Stadium will be in C of I’s COVID-19 bubble, which includes game day screeing…all press box staff will be required to wear masks at all times with the exception of the PA announcer and radio/video broadcaster.
MEDIA – any media wishing to cover Coyote Football MUST contact the sports information office at least 72 hours in advance and may be subject to screening and must adhere to mask guidelines…print media will have access to the press box and only have access to the field following the game (photographers/videographers must remain within the media box from the 10-yard-line through the end zone).
WOLFE FIELD (BASEBALL)
- Fans will be permitted at all home events
- Tickets to the General Public are currently available (UPDATED 8/31/21)
- Masking is encouraged when physical distancing cannot be achieved
- All home events will be streamed online through C of I’s StretchLive Portal, along with live updates through Coyote Athletics social media channels
SYMMS FIELD (SOFTBALL)
- Fans will be permitted at all home events
- Tickets to the General Public are currently unavailable (UPDATED 8/31/21)
- Masking is encouraged when physical distancing cannot be achieved
- All home events will be streamed online through C of I’s StretchLive Portal, along with live updates through Coyote Athletics social media channels
