Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Trenkel is in her third season with the Lady Yote volleyball program.

2014: Saw action in 54 sets during the season as part of the serving rotation; notched eight service aces and 22 digs; had two aces vs. both Midland and Carroll, while adding five digs vs. Carroll.

2013: Played in 52 sets during her freshman season as a part of the regular serving rotation; recorded 22 service aces and 25 digs during the season; logged four matches with three-or-more aces, inclduing a season-high four vs. Southern Oregon.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Vale High, where she was a three-time All-Eastern Oregon League selection; named EOL most valuable player as a senior; also played softball as a prep, earning 3A All-State honors as an infielder.

PERSONAL: Studying business; daughter of Rick and Katrina Trenkel.
