Summary

Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Porter is in her fourth season with the Lady Yote volleyball program.

2014: Had an outstanding junior season, earning All-Cascade Conference honors; played in 123 sets, recording 355 kills and 102 blocks, while hitting at a .251 clip; had 21 matches with 10-or-more kills, including a career-high 19 kills at Oregon Tech; added 18 kills in the NAIA Opening Round win over Cal State San Marcos, and had a career-high 10 blocks at the NAIA Championships against Midland.

2013: Saw action in 82 sets as part of the regular middle blocker rotation, recording 76 kills and 74 blocks; had a season-high eight kills vs. Northwest; had six matches with five-or-more blocks, including a season-high seven at Concordia.

2012: Played in 18 sets as a freshman, recording 30 kills and 12 blocks, along with a .368 hitting percentage; had a season-high seven kills vs. Evergreen.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Capital High, where she earned All-Southern Idaho Conference honors as a junior and senior; holds the CHS school record for most kills and blocks in a game and most kills and blocks in a season; played club volleyball for Club Idaho. 

PERSONAL: Studying environmental science; parents Mike and Joni Porter.
