2023 Cross Country- Elias stormed to a 3^rd place finish and 6k personal best at the CCC Preview Meet where he clocked 18:47.4. He helped his team secure victory at the CSI Dr Thad Scholes XC Classic where he achieved a 2^nd place finish and another personal best of 22:11.7 in the 7k. Everist placed 10^th at the CCC Colligate conference in an 8k time of 24:59.4.

2023 (Cross Country): Top individual finisher at the CSI Dr. Thad Scholes XC Classic in a time of 22:11.7 for the 7k race.

2023 (Track & Field): Named to the CCC All-Academic Team...3rd in the 10,000m run (31:43.68) and 10th in the 5000m run (15:52.16) at the 2023 CCC Conference Championships...sixth in the 10,000m run (32:04.74) at the Whitworth Peace Meet. 

2022 (Cross Country): Selected to the CCC All-Academic Team and named to the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Men’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Team...71st (8k / 25:15.3) at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country Championships...11th (8k / 25:36.7) at the 2022 CCC Cross Country Championships..second at the Mike Johnson Classic (8k / 24:30.4)...12th at the EOU Open (6k /19:19.8)...31st (8k / 25:15.3) at the Lewis & Clark XC Invite.

2022 (Track & Field): Ninth in the 10,000 (32:14.45) and 15th in the 5000 (16:00.60) at the 2022 CCC Outdoor Track & Field Championship...seventh in the 1500 (4:14.95) at the Eastern Oregon Open.

2021 (Track & Field): Posted top times of 4:41.97 in the 1,500-meters and 9:16.00 in the 3,000-meters at the Polar Vortex Classic.

Spring 2021 (Cross Country): Placed fourth at the Eastern Oregon Duel in the Dirt.

Fall 2021 (Cross Country): Recorded a season-best 8,000-meter time of 26:39 at the Lewis-Clark State Winter Invite......seventh at The College of Idaho Ice Chipper (5k/20:35.1)

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2020 graduate of Rocky Mountain High, where he competed in both cross country and track; in cross country, placed 15th at the 2018 5A state meet; in track, placed tenth in both the 1,600-meters (4:25) and 3,200-meters (9:38) - as RMHS won the 2019 5A state championship.
