ACCOMPLISHMENTS AT C OF I:
Athletic accomplishments: 2023: saw action in 13 games, recording 1 goal and two assists; suited up for Conference Championship and National Tournament game... in the classroom, appeared on the Deans List.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:
Earned 4a SIC First Team all four years, Second Team All-State junior year, and All-State Honorable Mention senior year; played basketball at Greenleaf where she helped lead the Lady Grizzlies to their first state tournament appearance since 2009... in the classroom, Olsen was a Valedictorian; earned IHSAA Outstanding Individual Scholastic Award all four years, and SIC Academic Award all four years.
 
PERSONAL:
Joining the Yote Fam from Caldwell, ID, Shaelyn Olsen was raised by Melisa and Tom Olsen. Aside from her efforts on the pitch, Shaelyn is also working hard in the classroom in pursuit of a degree in Biomedical Sciences. She chose The College of Idaho to have the ability "to succeed on and off the field. In academics and athletics, C of I pushes its students to be the best versions of themselves while providing them with a close knit community.”
