AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Higgins is in her third season with the Coyote softball program.

2022: Played and started 55 games; one of four Yotes named first team all-CCC; third on the team with 13 multi-hit games; second on the team with 12 multi-RBI games; had an eight-game hitting streak; hit .370 with 54 hits, 49 RBIs and 42 runs scored; recorded six sacrifice flies; had 12 doubles, five triples and and a pair of home runs; drew 18 walks; stole 10 bases; went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles against Arizona Christian (Jan. 29); went 2-for-3 with three RBI against Antelope Valley (Feb. 18); went 2-for-2 with four RBI to go along with a double and a triple against Warner Pacific (Feb. 26); had four RBI and went 2-for-3 with two runs scored and a home run against Northwest (Mar. 11); at the NAIA National Tournament against Ottawa (Kan.), she went 2-for-3 with a run scored and five RBI (May 17).

2021: Played in 30 games with 23 starts as a part of the first base rotation for the team that finished third at the NAIA World Series; hit .274 with three doubles, two home runs and 23 RBI; stole two bases; had a season-high three hits and three RBI against Northwest. 

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Transferred to C of I after a year at Southwestern Oregon Community College; hit .345 with seven home runs and 20 RBI in just 16 games in 2020. 

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2018 graduate of Henley High School; named All-Skyline League on three separate occasions, including earning Co-Player of the Year as a senior; All-State infielder as a junior and senior. 

PERSONAL: Studying exercise science.
