Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Maryon is in his fourth season with the Coyote swim program.

2014-15: Qualified for the NAIA Championships in the 50-yard freestyle (22.36), 100-yard butterfly (51.76) and 200-yard butterfly (1:52.25); set school records in both the 100 and 200-yard butterfly, winning the consolation final in the 200-yard butterfly at nationals; also swam on five relay teams at nationals that all established school records.

2013-14: Competed at the NAIA Championships in the 100-yard butterfly (52.55) and the 200-yard butterfly (1:55.67) - establishing a school record in both events, placing third in the consolation final in the 200-yard butterfly.

2012-13: Swam on four relay teams in the finals at the NAIA Championships; recorded season-best time of 58.53 in the 100-yard backstroke and 55.08 in the 100-yard butterfly.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Lake City High, where he helped his team to the 2011 Idaho state championship; recorded top times of 52.10 in the 100-yard freestyle and 57.04 in the 100-yard butterfly; swam for the Coeur d'Alene Area Swim Club.

PERSONAL: Studying elementary education; parents Don and Tami Maryon.
