AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Rickard is in his fourth season with the Coyote track program; was also a part of the football program for three season and will serve as a student-assistant coach in 2020.

FOOTBALL: Played in all 11 games during the 2018 season, starting the final eight at right guard, helping the team establish a new single-season scoring mark; named to the Frontier Conference All-Academic Team; used the 2017 season as a redshirt year.

TRACK:  In 2020, competed indoors in both throws, recording top marks of 13.68 meters in the weight throw at the Jackson's Invite and 13.88 meters in the shot put at the Boise State Team Challenge; named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team. In 2019, placed tenth in the shot put (12.76 meters) and 11th in the hammer throw (43.51 meters) at the CCC Championships; named to the CCC All-Academic Team; in 2018, Qualified for the Cascade Conference Championships in the shot put, recording a season-best mark of 11.56 meters.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Antelope High in California, where was named Capital Valley Conference Lineman of the Year as a senior; earned All-Capital Valley Conference, Sacramento Bee All-Metro and second-team All-Northern California.

PERSONAL: Studying health and human performance; son of Jim and Elizabeth Rickard.
