Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Allen is in his fifth season with the Coyote swim program.

2016-17:  Completed in the 100-breaststroke at the NAIA Championships, recording a personal-best time of 1:00.12; also clocked a time of 2:20.56 in the 200-breaststroke at the Husky Invitational.

2015-16: Finished 11th in the 400-Medley Relay and 13th in 200-Medley Relay at the NAIA Championships Preliminaries; Placed 30th in the 200-backstroke to help the Yotes finish 10th at the NAIA Championship; had top marks of 1:02.46 in the 100-breaststroke; 2:16.98 in the 200-breaststroke and 11:31.78 in the 1000-freestyle.

2014-15: Won the 100-yard breaststroke in C of I's dual at Pacific; had top marks of 1:04.29 in the 100-breaststroke; 2:22.27 in the 200-breaststroke and 5:27.86 in the 500-free.

2013-14: Joined the team during the Winter Term, but did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Skyview High in Montana, where he helped his team to a third-place finish at the AA State Championships; placed third in the 100-breaststroke and sixth in the 200-IM.

PERSONAL: Studying math/physics; son of Richard and Gilay Allen.
