Biography

COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Allen is in her fourth season with the Coyote cross country and track program.

CROSS COUNTRY: In 2013, had a season-best 5,000-meter time of 19:01 at the Inland Empire Classic...in 2012, ran a career-best time of 18:52 at the Cascade Conference Championships...in 2011, had a season-best mark of 19:57 at the CCC Championships.

TRACK & FIELD: In 2014, had top times of 2:26 in the 800-meters and 4:57 in the 1,500-meters...has improved her 1,500 time each season - having run a 5:06 in 2012 and 5:03 in 2013.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of North Fremont High, where she competed in both cross country and track…in cross country, placed 6th in the 1A-2A state meet as a senior..in track, won the 2A state title as a junior in the 3,200-meters (11:38), and won the state title in the 1,600-meters (5:17) as a senior

PERSONAL: Studying exercise science…daughter of Jason and Laura Allen.
