Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Helgeson is in his third season with the Coyote lacrosse program.

2015: Earned All-PNCLL honors after anchoring the Coyote defense; recorded a team-high 70 ground ball recoveries, while adding three goals; had 13 ground ball recoveries in a 13-12 road win at Southern Oregon.

2014: Played in six games, recording six ground ball recoveries.
