CORVALLIS, Ore. - College of Idaho junior
Ellyse Tingelstad of the women's cross country team was named the 2022 CCC Women's Cross Country Rize Laboratory Runner of the Year and head coach
Dominic Bolin was selected as the Coach of the Year on Wednesday.
For Tingelstad, it is the second-straight year that she has earned the annual honor from the Cascade Collegiate Conference. This season, she led the Yotes to a third-place finish at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country Championships with her third All-American honor as she finished 24th and was a three-time conference runner of the week honoree.
For Bolin, he picks up the honor in his first season as the Yotes head coach. He helped lead the College of Idaho women to its third top-three finish in four years at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country Championships and its fourth-straight CCC Championship title.
