KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - Host Oregon Tech defeated the College of Idaho volleyball team by a 25-13, 25-17, 25-20 margin on Saturday afternoon.
The Yotes (9-18, 8-12 CCC) were paced by a seven-kill effort from
Chayla Slavin and
Emily Vandenberg added five in the loss. Slavin had a .389 hitting percentage to go along with a block solo and two block assists for College of Idaho.
The Owls (13-13, 10-10 CCC) were led by an 18-kill match from Nicole Reyes en route to a .278 hitting percentage in the win. Six-different Oregon Tech hitters had a hitting percentage over .182 in the win. Setter Courtney Isom added 25 assists and the Owls also had nine service aces in the win.
Next, College of Idaho will host its final two matches of the season as they welcome Northwest on Friday, Oct. 4 at 7 p.m. and Evergreen on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 5 p.m.
