Ashley Pagan added 10 more, as the College of Idaho avenged a 2017 road loss to Multnomah University with a three-set victory inside Lytle Gymnasium.
The Lady Yotes (8-4, 3-1 CCC) completed a perfect road trip with the 25-23, 25-16, 25-22 victory.
Battling through seven ties and three lead changes in Set 1, C of I erased a 15-12 deficit, as Alexander had three key kills to regain the lead and a
Jackie van Vliet spike ending the set.
C of I used a 12-1 surge midway through Set 2 to take an 18-9 lead – hitting at a match-high .355 clip to earn the set win.
The Lions (1-10, 0-4) hung tough in Set 3, forcing nine ties – the last at 15-15 – before three Pagan kills allowed the visitors to pull away.
Miranda Halverson led MU with 13 kills – which led all players.
Danielle Neuman had six kills and van Vliet had seven kills to pace the Yote attack.
C of I returns home next weekend for matches against Northwest and Evergreen.
