CALDWELL, Idaho – Liz Myers had 10 kills and Jessica Peacock recorded nine kills and 13 digs, as The College of Idaho ran their win streak to seven with a 25-16, 25-19, 25-21 victory over Warner Pacific, tonight inside the J.A. Albertson Activities Center.

The No. 15 ranked Lady Yotes (10-4, 7-0 CCC) used a Peacock kill to start an 11-1 push in Set 1 to break a 9-9 tie, with Myers adding three kills in the run.
Set 2 saw eight ties and three lead changes, with the Yotes clinging to a 15-14 lead, but scored eight-straight points on the serve of Sierra Porter, taking advantage of four hitting errors by the Knights (9-5, 3-3), to pull away.
Trailing 22-15 in Set 3, WP made a furious comeback, getting a pair of Devan Belshe kills in a 6-1 run to pull within 23-21. However, kills by Kylie Porter and Jaimee Havens closed the match for the Yotes.
Sierra Porter had 34 assists in the win, with Janel Porter leading all players with 18 digs. Rylie Engleson had eight kills, eight assists, and eight digs for the Knights, with Belshe adding seven kills. Marchelle Bostic had five kills, 14 assists, and six digs, with Samantha Bryan notching 11 digs.
The Yotes forced 24 WP hitting errors on the night, while recording 38 kills in the victory.
The C of I returns to action tomorrow night, hosting Concordia University at 7 p.m.
