College of Idaho Athletics

An offensive lineman for the Coyote football teams of 1954 and 1955, earning All-Northwest Conference honors in helping the C of I to consecutive NWC titles. Kahahawai was named to the honorable mention Little All-America team as a senior and was drafted by the Baltimore Colts in the 1956 NFL Draft. Also competed in track and boxing.
