Natalie Mullins opened her senior season with a quality effort at the Northwest Christian Invitational, taming the track with a third-place finish at Emerald Valley Golf Course.

Mullins recorded rounds of 78 and 77 in the 36-hole event, with her 11-over-par score of 155 just four strokes off the pace of medalist Kelly Hellman of British Columbia.
As a team, the Lady Yotes did not record a score, as the squad failed to have the required four competitors complete both rounds. British Columbia and Oregon Tech shared the team title with indentical scores of 629.
Annika Thomas placed 23rd overall with a two-round score of 33-over-par (91-86 - 177), with
Maya Hatton in 26th-place (93-87 - 180).
C of I returns to the course next week, hosting the C of I Invitational at TimberStone Golf Course.
