NAMPA, Idaho – 
Hayley Morse broke her own hammer throw school record for the third-straight meet, while 
Payton Durocher hit a pair of Cascade Conference provisional marks at the Northwest Nazarene Invitational.
 
Morse improved her NAIA "B" mark in the hammer with a winning throw of 49.81 meters (163 feet, 5 inches) – while winning the shot put (13.48 meters / 44 feet, 2.75 inches) and placing second in the discus (38.97 meters / 127 feet, 10 inches).
 
Durocher had an outstanding day in the sprints, clocking seasonal-best times of 13.06 seconds in the 100-meters and 26.47 seconds in the 200-meters, meeting the conference qualifying cut. Teammate 
Khiriona Phillips-Brown clocked a personal best time of 12.94 seconds in the 100-meters, improving her CCC mark.
 
In the distance events, 
Ashtyn Ellis narrowly missed the 1,500-meter mark with a solid time of 4:56.63, while 
Abigail Craig met the provisional time in the 5,000-meters (18:45.90), as C of I runners took the top-seven spots in the race.
 
In the field events, 
Brinley Reed had solid marks in both the long jump (4.88 meters / 16 feet, 0.25 inches) and the triple jump (10.23 meters / 33 feet, 6.75 inches), while 
Claire Otero won the discus (40.38 meters / 132 feet, 6 inches).
 
The Lady Yotes head to Ashland, Ore., on Thursday for the CCC Multi-Event Championships, hosted by Southern Oregon.
